He has trained thousands of students, teachers and corporate executives and is, the moving force behind several pioneering initiatives in the Asian education market.
	Sujit Bhattacharyya An electrical engineer from Indian Institute of Technology (Kharagpur), Sujit completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). He enjoyed successful stints at Telco (India's largest engineering company) and Wipro (India's most valuable IT company) before moving to the US to set up operations for an upcoming software firm. Having set up a successful software business, Sujit returned to his passion - technology in education. He joined Career Launcher in 2000 and he has been the driving force behind CL's technology and HR initiatives - developing academic support solutions, ERP solutions, HR management Systems and sophisticated Student Information Systems. Sujit currently is overall head of the IWS chain of Schools. He has a special interest in School Leadership Development, Parental Guidance Programs, Education Technologies and Organizational Development.
	Nikhil Mahajan Nikhil is an electrical engineer from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), after which he earned his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). The quintessential operations-and-money manager, Nikhil has been instrumental in managing CL's profitable growth, the expanding franchise network and its 4 successful business acquisitions. Nikhil has ensured that CL is a trendsetter in the industry when it comes to corporate transparency, ethics and financial disclosure. With his unique insights into finance management from an education business perspective, Nikhil is a key resource in the IWS management.
	Prof. Aaditya Lohana Qualification and Experience: A Chartered Accountant and a degree of Law, was a Faculty of Finance for more than a decade with one of the biggest colleges of Mumbai, Mithibai College of Arts, Science and Commerce. He has been into the field of education 'by choice' over 24 years. Experience: Specialises in conceiving, conceptualising, developing educational institutions, educational products and services and also in strategic alliances in the education industry. Has a 360 degree experience of Finance, Acads, Admin and Business Development. Had an opportunity to connect vertically from Play school to P.G. and also a vertical connect from the teachers-lecturers-professors-HODs-Principals-V.C. on one hand for Acads, Admin and all other segments and on the other hand with various managing bodies for strategic and financial planning. He is Vice President at IWS and is the Director IWS Indore & Aurangabad.
	Uma Ramachandran Armed with a M.Tech from IIT, Delhi, and experienced in companies like Cipla and Ranbaxy, Uma plays a key role in academic curriculum design and training the mentors. She has conducted extensive research on trends in emerging careers and designed the IWS curriculum to map it to various career options after school. Uma is the Head of Academics across the IWS chain. Uma has a special interest in teacher training and development. She has done extensive research in the domain of early childhood development. Her expertise includes experiential math and science teaching at the primary level. She works closely with Jodo Gyan, a government empanelled organisation working in the area of teaching Math and Science as an active activity. Her quest is to integrate educational research into the curriculum. She is an innovator who continuosly creates simple and practical classroom applications based on complex child development theories
	R Shiva Kumar An alumnus of IIT and IIM and has more than a decade of experience teaching mathematics and science for engineering and medical entrance examinations.
