What is learning and growing unless it takes you somewhere — your place in the sun? That’s where Ignited Minds, our Talent Discovery and Ignited Minds pitches into “finding a career path” by offering support such as coaching, mentoring by competent people, financial support beyond parents' abilities and exposure to the outside world. The focus of Ignited Minds as of today is in three broad areas:

Learning through Play
At Indus, there is no distinction between work and all play. Theatre, dance, drama, sport, community service, music, it all happens here. At Indus World School, work is play and vice versa. It doesn't matter whether you are inside the classroom or outside it, work and play is a continuum at Indus.

Learning by Sharing
Indus takes great pride in being the hub of social activity in each Indus location that we are present. Our learners are encouraged to go out and themselves spearhead these activities for the community. This fosters a greater understanding of life and society among our future leaders of tomorrow. Part of this is our strong tie-ups with many NGOs and social activist organisations.
